Frequently asked questions
Is our data mixed with other schools' data?
No. Each institution has its own database, isolated and backed up. No cross-school access exists outside the record transfer protocol, which requires both principals' consent.
What happens when the internet goes out?
SKOLARIS is built to work offline: attendance, browsing and grade entry carry on, then everything syncs automatically when the connection returns.
How do parents log in?
No password: the parent receives a one-time code by WhatsApp or email and accesses their children's portal, with grades, attendance, payments and school messages.
Can tuition be paid online?
Yes: MonCash for families in Haiti, bank cards for the diaspora, and the bursar keeps control of cash payments, receipts and reminders. All amounts are in gourdes.
How do I verify a report card or diploma is authentic?
Every issued document carries a signed QR code. Anyone can scan it and publicly verify its authenticity, a shield against forged documents.
How long does it take to start?
Your school's space is provisioned automatically after the request: dedicated subdomain, principal accounts, grade references already in place. Import your students and go.
